Delivery in Germany:
We use multiple logistics partners and aim to ship most orders within 3-5 business days. Shipments within Germany are often delivered with a tracking number. The delivery can usually be delivered between 3-5 working days.
Delivery outside Germany:
All orders outside of Germany are shipped via several logistics partners. As soon as the shipment reaches the destination country, it can be processed by the local logistics partner. Please note that large deliveries may involve customs clearance, which is beyond our control and could therefore cause your package to be delayed. We reserve the right to change these restrictions at any time in the future.
